Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 27 May 2026

5.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at 6375945855 or email padharoraj@gmail.com with your Order ID.

5.2 COD Order Cancellation

• COD orders cancelled after dispatch may result in a return shipping charge deducted from future credits.
• Repeated COD cancellations may lead to restriction of COD facility for that customer.

5.3 Cancellation by PadharoRaj

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect pricing errors
• Delivery not feasible to the provided address

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
