Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Our Commitment

At PadharoRaj, we take pride in the quality of our spices. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right.

4.2 Eligible Returns

Returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Tampered packaging upon delivery

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Products returned beyond the eligible return window.

4.4 Return Window

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence via WhatsApp or email.

4.5 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card).
  • COD orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI. Customer must share bank details.

4.6 Replacement

We offer free replacement for eligible claims. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after approval.
