3.1 Delivery Zones & Timelines

Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
PAN India (Metro Cities): 3–5 business days
PAN India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Areas): 5–8 business days

3.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
COD orders are processed after verification call/WhatsApp confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount as shown on the website.

3.4 Courier Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email once dispatched.

3.5 Festival & Weather Delays

During festivals (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), natural calamities, or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed beyond standard timelines. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

3.6 Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address and active phone number at checkout.
PadharoRaj is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
