Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499
A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

Packaging

All our spices are packed in airtight, food-safe packaging to preserve freshness and aroma during transit. Gift sets are packed in premium gift boxes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@padharoraj.shop within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
